Administrative and support function

  • Maintaining records and documentation related to assets and entities owned by the shareholder of the company.
  • Monitoring the performance and condition of the entities and their assets.
  • Providing administrative HR and operational support to the shareholding entity and its subsidiaries in terms of high-level management.

Strategic Oversight

  • Developing strategies to maximize the value of the company’s shareholder, and associated entities and their assets.
  • Developing strategies for the company’s shareholder, its subsidiaries, affiliated entities and its assets.
  • Facilitating the decision-making process.

Business Development

  • Market Research/conducting studies to identify opportunities for growth and investments.
  • Building relationships with partners and top management of the group to straighten the business network.
  • Exploring new ventures, and exploring and managing diversification opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions.
